Trey's Shots

Trey had his 5 yr. doctor visit today. He was such a big boy through all the tests. They did a hearing & vision screening on him. He got every letter correct three times (right eye, left eye & both eyes). They stuck his finger to check his Iron. After the nurse left he looked at me & said ,"that really hurt me". But he didn't cry until it came time for his shots. He was not happy but thankfully 2 nurses came in & did the shots 2 at the same time. We took him to get pizza since he did so good. The rest of the night he kept saying that he didn't want to ever go back to the doctor & get a shot.

Happy birthday Nanny!

Today was nanny's (my mom) birthday & she really wanted to go to Olive Garden but with all the rain the road was flooded so we did mexican instead. Of course, my dad told the waiter & they all came over, put the hat on with some whip cream on her nose & sung happy birthday. The kids were so funny. Trey was hiding the whole time while Randi & Reagan just stared at the waiters & nanny, confused with it all. After they left nanny tried to get Trey or Randi to eat the fried ice cream but guess you ended up eating it. Reagan loved the whip cream.
happy Birthday Momma!!
I love you

Busy weekend

As you can see we had a busy but very fun weekend!!
Saturday Trey had a soccer game followed by his birthday party. He was so excited for his superfriends party. Our family was there to help celebrate another birthday which means so much to have them there. Trey loves playing with all of his cousins. It was extra special because Trey's 2 best friends from school came. He was thrilled to see them & we were excited to finally meet them after hearing so many stories. After the party Trey asked me if he was 5 yet. (how cute). I told him not yet.
After church we went home & got some pictures of Reagan in front of our azalea's which are so pretty this time of the year. She enjoyed playing in the grass. Afterwards we went to nanny & pappy's to swim. Trey jumped right in but Randi had to throw all the toys in before she would even set foot near the water & then she had to instruct Trey not to get her hair wet. Reagan wasn't really sure what was going on but she loved the bubbles in the "little pool".
Later that night pappy asked Trey how old he was & he looked at me & whispered, "Am I five yet?" I smiled & told him he was.

Then he proudly said that he was finally 5!!

Cupcake Decorator

Trey had his birthday party today at school & he said it was fun. We stayed up last night letting Trey decorate his cupcakes. I had planned on putting sprinkles with super hero colors but Trey had such a blast decorating that I let him do it all. He was so proud of those cupcakes that he wanted me to take a picture.

Girly girls

Randi's
Reagan's

To get Randi's toe & fingernails cut I have to paint them afterwards.(Much to daddy's disapproval because he can't stand the smell) So this time when I did it Reagan just happen to be there so I thought why not try her toes. It turned out so good. We just came back from her 8 month photo shoot at wally word & the pictures were so adorable with her toes painted.

Still my baby

March 2009

April 2004

How cute is my little man?
I wanted to cry when I saw his cap & gown pictures because he is so grown-up. But when I look at him I still this tiny baby with big blue eyes who loved (still does) to snuggle in between mom & dad.

I told him the other day that he needed to stop growing up on me because I wanted him to stay my baby & his reply? "But momma I have to grow up." My reply was, "can you still be my baby?" He said, " No, Reagan is the baby, silly!"

Where Is My Potty Chair?

Trey & Randi now sleep in the same room where there is also a half bath. When Randi goes potty she has a seat that fits over the toliet so she won't fall in. We have since moved that into their bathroom. Well this afternoon during naptime she woke up & needed to go potty. Instead of waking Trey up I took her into the main bath where there is no potty seat. The entire time she kept asking, "where is my potty? where did my potty seat go, mommy?" I told her, "I don't know just potty while I hold you" well she did & I walked her back to her room & told her to go back to sleep & shut the door. Well a few minutes later I heard the door open. I walked toward the hall & she was standing in the door way holding her potty seat. She said ," look mommy, I found my potty seat!" She walked to the main bathroom, threw it in & walked back to her room & shut the door.

She keeps us laughing with her 2 year old way of thinking.

Look What We Found!!

We knew it was coming but Friday evening we finally saw it!! Reagan got her first tooth. She has another one coming in on the bottom.
She is trying to crawl (when Trey & Randi aren't around ) but she keeps getting stuck in reverse :)
